JK wedding entrance dance video: a bridal march like no other

This video has been getting a lot of buzz on the web, more than one million hits to date on YouTube, in fact. This is Jill and Kevin’s (JK) wedding entrance dance video and it’s quite
hilarious. If you are one of the few who haven’t seen it yet, watch it below and I’m sure you will find yourself smiling, even laughing, at these people’s antics.

Shot during Jill and Ken’s wedding at a church in St. Paul, Minnesota, it something unique, even odd to most people. Bored by the traditional wedding entrance march, Jill and Kevin (JK) decided to spice things up and turn it into a wedding entrance dance. This is what they came up with.

Death by chocolate: man drowns in vat of boiling chocolate

What a way to die – death by chocolate. A man from New Jersey died after falling into a vat of boiling chocolate destined to end up as candy bars. The 29-year old, Vincent Smith II, was working in a plant that melts and processes chocolates for Hersheys, one of the world’s biggest makers of candies.

According to police reports, Smith was loading chocolate into vat from a platform when he fell in. He quickly submerged into the boiling mixture as his co-workers tried to save him. One worker was reported to have shut off the machine
immediately but it was too late. Smith was hit on the head by one of the mixing paddles in the vat and must have lost consciousness. He was later recovered by emergency personnel. Official reports say Vincent Smith died of asphyxiation.

the 840-pound emerald found / $400 million Bahia emerald

Do you know what an 840-pound emerald looks like? Have you heard of the $400 million Bahia emerald that was reported stolen last year? Well, here it is, the 840-pound emerald as uncovered by the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department in a warehouse somewhere in Los Angeles just before Christmas last year. The precious haul was reported stolen last year and the police is eager to return it to its proper owner. However, that has not been easy to establish as several people are claiming ownership of the gem. Valued at a little less than $400 million when appraised in Brazil last year, the Bahia emerald is now temporarily in the hands of the police pending resolution of its ownership by the court. Lt. Grubb, who had spent the bulk of his 26-year career conducting narcotics investigations, first got onto the case last September. A distraught man named Larry Biegler had called the sheriff’s office to say that his giant emerald had been stolen from a Los Angeles-area warehouse where he had been keeping it. It was worth nearly $400 million, he said.

Lt. Grubb’s detectives began investigating.

The emerald, they determined, was in the possession of two businessmen named Todd Armstrong and Kit Morrison, whom detectives tracked to a small town called Eagle, in western Idaho. When the detectives arrived in Eagle, Mr. Armstrong was in the process of trying to sell the emerald to a buyer. “We’ve run into a small snag,” Mr. Armstrong says he told his buyer.

The Idaho men said the emerald belonged to them. They said in an interview they paid Mr. Biegler $1 million for diamonds he never delivered. Mr. Biegler had put the emerald up as collateral, they say, for the stones. When the diamonds didn’t materialize, they picked up the emerald from the warehouse in Los Angeles. They showed investigators a stack of documents they said prove their claim.

Mr. Biegler — a gem broker and real-estate investor — disputes that account. He says he kept up his end of the diamond deal, and claims the Idaho men agreed to pay $80 million for the emerald, which he was willing to sell at that price.

Elaine Davidson photos: World’s Most Pierced Woman / Female

Meet Elaine Davidson. She is the world’s most pierced woman / most pierced female according the the Guinness Book of World records. Ouch! That was first reaction when I saw her photos online. How can she have so many piercings, and on her face at that! Ouch again. Just looking at her makes me squirm! You can tell I’m no fan of piercings. In fact, it scares me! And I cannot understand how people can stand the pain of having punctures all over their face and body.

According to a recent article, Elaine Davidson, the world’s most pierced woman, has just added a few more to he collection bringing her new total to 6,005. Born in Brazil, she first made the Guinness Book of World records as the most pierced female in 2000 with 462 piercings all over her body – 192 on her face alone. Then in 2001 she was re-examined and found to have more than 700 punctures all over her body. This jumped to almost 4,000 in 2005 with the greatest number concentrated on her genitalia!

What is surprising about all these is that she does not, repeat, does not like getting pierced. She does this to get the “most pierced” world record and adds more to keep it. “I don’t enjoy getting pierced, but to break the record you have to get to a high level. Having said that, who knows how many piercings she’ll end up with.

Elaine Davidson is the “Most Pierced Woman” according to the Guinness World Records.

When examined by a Guinness World Record official in May 2000, Davidson had 462 piercings, with 192 in her face alone. By August 2001 when she was re-examined she was found to have 720 piercings. Performing at the Edinburgh Festival in 2005, the Guardian reported that she now had 3,950 body piercings. She has more piercings in her genitalia than in any other part of the body – 500 in all, externally and internally. The total weight of her jewelry is estimated to be about 3 kilograms. As of May 2008, Davidson’s piercings total 5,920. As of Feb. 2009 her piercings total 6,005.

She was born in Brazil and is a nurse.[citation needed] She claims she does not drink or use drugs. She now resides in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Hong Kong passenger video/Hong Kong airport passenger video

Is missing a flight all that bad? For a hysterical Hong Kong airport passenger, the subject of the now infamous Hong Kong airport video, the answer is “yes”. I have never missed a flight in my whole life and that may be the reason why I cannot relate to the hysterics of the woman in question. However, I think her reaction to missing a flight went overboard, unless missing her flight was a matter of life or death.

A female Hong Kong airport passenger is the subject of a YouTube video that has become a hit in recent days because of the unbelievable hysterics
displayed by the the woman when she missed her flight to San Francisco. The video, apparently shot by airport personnel, shows a hysterical woman screaming at airline staff and writhing on the floor after missing a flight at the Hong Kong airport.

The video starts with the woman running towards the departure gate of the airport and, upon learning that she had missed her Cathay Pacific flight to San Francisco, began screaming and banging on a desk like there’s no tomorrow. She then rolls on the floor crying and screaming, attracting the attention of fellow passengers and other airport personnel. Nobody could seem to appease her and she continued her high-pitched wailing despite being approached by several people to calm her down.

The video has become a hit on YouTube getting thousands of hits ever since it was uploaded last week. The identity of the woman is not known as well as what happened to her after the incident.
