Tila Tequila is crying foul over a purported stolen and leaked video tape showing her in a very compromising adult position with a naked man. Yes, another celebrity leaked tape is now online. According to TMZ, the video surfaced on a site called 4tube.com and Tila is said to be considering filing a lawsuit against the said website.

According to the celebrity, the leaked video tape was in her laptop that was stolen a couple of years ago. This statement was released by her lawyer Cyrus Nowjenad: “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed.”
