The American Music Awards have always had good performances. And it was a good venue to promote a new release as well. With millions watching, any new single/song release gets a free audience. And thus, Jennifer Lopez used the occasion to promote her latest single and sort of comeback song Louboutins. But the performance didn’t go as planned.

During the performance, she was walking on the backs of her dancers who stood in line as stairs steps and she slipped. She fell on her butt in front of millions of viewers (and with some laughing I’m
sure). She recovered quickly though. But it was obvious from then on that she was lip synching.
