Finally, the King of Pop was buried. Elizabeth Taylor, Barry Bonds, Macaulay Culkin, Lisa Marie Presley, Corey Feldman, Mila Kunis, Chris Tucker, Al Sharpton and many more of his friends attended the ceremony at Forest Lawn Glendale with the air scented with smoke from the California wildfires. Despite the relatively hot and humid weather, his friends waited for the ceremony to begin. And they waited for more than an hour as the Jackson family arrived very late fir the event.

The Michael Jackson funeral/burial (video below) was a solemn event (watch the Michael Jackson burial/funeral video by CNN below). Around 250 seats were arranged for the
ceremony and the event was filmed through an overhead crane, leading some to speculate that part of the event will be used for a later show or movie. The public was not allowed inside and, apart from friends and family who had invitations, only the media was allowed inside though kept well away from the main area by barricades.

Michael Jackson now shares Forest Lawn with other departed celebrities like Clark Gable, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields, entombed alongside them in the mausoleum that will remain off-limits to the public.
