John Mayer with Human Nature at Michael Jackson memorial
John Mayer performed Human Nature, one of Michael Jackson’s hits, as his memorial/ funeral service last night. It may be Mayer’s tribute to the late King of Pop. However, the first thing that entered my mind when I saw him on stage was “Why?” I’m sure many of your asked yourselves the same question. What was he doing in Michael’s memorial, and performing at that!
I never knew he was close to the King of Pop. If he wasn’t, then I ask the question again, why? Sure John Mayer was there to performs Human Nature but it was a vocal-less performance. He only
played solo on the guitar, complete with exaggerated expressions. They could have asked the band’s soloist to do that and it wouldn’t have made a difference.
